Quote:

Michal can you confirm that on the link we see Nokia E90?

Yes.

Quote:

Whattta an ugly phone!!!!! It just can't be

UGLY??? Shocked For me it is the best looking Communicator ever made. Extremely stylish and very professional.

Quote:

Strange, shouldnt it be silver and attractive?

It's a business device. It doesn't have to be "attractive", it has to look seriously.

Besides, I wrote TWO MONTHS AGO that it is all black with shiny chromium/nickel-plated elements, so I have no idea why you expected a silver one. Or maybe a pink one? Wink

Quote:

It looks like some low class Nokia phones "Nokia 6151"

I definitely wouldn't say so. Especially that it's extremely well built, from high quality materials.

Quote:

i'm surprised at the 3.2MP camera! (if that is true)

Yep Wink

Quote:

no way, it looks like a 2 year old cheap 2000-series phone.

Are you really sure you can objectively and correctly judge it without touching the device, without even clearly seeing it? Those pictures on engaged couldn't be called sharp and clear.

Quote:

even 9500 would win a title in comparison!

9500 is butt ugly compared to the E90.

Besides, it's AMAZING how some people get excited so much about the LOOK and not about the extremely powerful features, huge screen shown on those pictures and large keyboard. If only the look matters for such people, I think that the Communicator is simply not the right choice for them. Communicator is meant to be a powerful tool, and not a sexy toy.

Quote:

Is Michal's silence on the denial that this is the E90 a confirmation that it is indeed the E90?

No, the only reason was that I was sleeping until afternoon after spending the whole night on writing the E90 review Razz

Quote:

The article said GPS - NO. That's disappointing if it's true...

It's not true.

Quote:

Maybe it is not a beauty, but it is very elegant and stylish.

Precisely.

The pics.. I think, it's beautiful Smile I personaly prefer N9500 with it's bigger form factor than N9300, which is uncomfortable for me.. And Black color.. is just the best Smile

GPS and backlighted inner keyboard.. Just this two confirmed, and I'll be the first Czech owner for sure Smile

Farewell TyTn Smile

Backlighted inner keyboard? This will mean that it is possible to write on the keyboard when it is dark.

Thank you very much Michal for your answers and the time you spend to test what seems to be my future everyday magic tool for serious work.

I'm waiting for your review (which seems to be a very complete one, due to the time it appears you've spent on).

So... let's wait for this winner tool !

Ooooohhhh Yes!

Seriously though, I still have the 9110i and I think it looks great as a serious business device.

I quite liked silver / gold until Moto brought out the V3 D&G. Looks great in the flesh until you realise it is all the chavs and dodgers that have them Smile

Both GPS and Vibrate are confirmed to be on there.

However, I though except for a TV out there was no difference in specs between the N95 and the E90 (going back to the beginning of this thread).

But now it is a 3.2mpx cam on the E90 and a 5mpx on the N95....

Not that i really care, I prefer it without a camera at all....however was curious why this changed....Mike?

Some people (like me) do their best to answer questions but some other people apparently don't read it Razz

It's too early to talk about the software side as my unit is an early f-ware build. But the vibra IS there so our wives and g-friends will love it Razz

The megapixel count is not the important factor, it's the lens and overall quality.

I have seen 5Mp cameras give dreadful images and 3Mp cameras far better.
