The SU-22 hardware is not enough. You need the related MobileTV software & you also need somebody to first build a DVB-H broadcast network in the area where you live + service providers (TV stations/TV network operators) broadcasting content (channels). For details, see http://www.nokia.com/mobiletv

You can't buy it. It is not for sale, but only available through DVB-H network trials. And it will be of no use unless there is a DVB-H network in operation where you live.

Steku,

What is the difference between a SU-22 and SU-6?
Can you put a picture of the SU-22 and SU-6 on this forum? And if it is possible, also a screenshot of the TV application on your 7710.

BTW, I'm from The Hague in the Netherlands and there happens to be a trial at this time for mobile TV (DVB-H), so how much do I have to pay for your SU-22?

Please PM me! Thanks in advance!

SU-22 is for 7710
SU-6 is for 7700
chip is externally allmost same but cover is different.

Su-22:

Su-6:

-And your operator have to promote this service
-And you have to get settings from local operator (anyway in Finland)
and if you aren´t with trial is very hard to get that settings

working with latest firmware 4.*

and dont forget its for test only, you have few seconds, then it checks for SU-22 adaptor presence and closes itself.

The "Mobile TV" as defined by Nokia at the time of creation of that phone, required the existence of a DVB-H technology receiver, and a DVB-H technology broadcast network. You need to have both, and as far as I know, the DVB-H trial networks that existed, have been dismantled/shutdown.

So, even if you have a phone capable of DVB-H signal reception, it is useless if nobody is broadcasting anything.

DVB-H cannot be used to receive any other television broadcasts (analog or digital) than DVB-H.

E.g., in Europe, the networks are nowadays mostly broadcasting using DVB-T (or -T2) or DVB-S for satellite or DVB-C for cable networks. Old DVB-H capable phones are not compatible with any of those technologies.

DVB = Digital Video Broadcasting
-H = Handheld
-T = Terrestrial
-S = Satellite
