Someone has created an unofficial web based client of the Ubuntu Touch app store. It can be used in any (well, almost any, doesn't seem to work in IE) HTML5 web browser to see what apps are available for Ubuntu Touch:

Around 790 apps are currently listed (quite some of them RSS-based junk, but some others quite nice and useful)

P.S. Funny how on Sailfish OS users have been waiting 1,5 years for a web based store client while here someone has made an unofficial one within a few days.
