I find blueplayer for my E70, and it should work on the latest S60. However, it would only play the first 30 seconds and stop saying I need to use MSI brand bluetooth stereo headsets. I am using I-tech R35, and it used to work with previous blueplayer for S60 v2, but now.... Maybe someone can help

You can find it here:

Only iTech BT headsets are certified to be used with the MSI BluePlayer. The latest release of this sw is the 1.3.

fater. The latest is from the MSI website. THe one from Itech website (www.itechdynamic.com) does not support S60 OS 9.1. I am using I-tech R35 and it only plays for 30 seconds before shutting down.

So for now, if you want A2DP for your latest e or n series, buy an MSI bluetooth stereo and download the latest sw from MSI.

What do you mean for "MSI bluetooth stereo" ? I've bought an R35 too, I have to buy another BT headset to use with a N-series Series 60 3rd ????

I hope MSI releases a new version fully compatible with the new OS.

But I thought that only Bluetooth 1.2 was supported by the phones. Does the included software really allow the playback of stereo?

Yes, I've tried it on a N70 and it sounds stereo... even if the phone doesn't support the AD2P natively (due to BT 1.2 version). This sw implements the AD2P protocol where the native BT stack doesn't support it.

First, a2dp requires bt1.2 and does not require bt2.0. i believe bt 2.0 hardware is backwards compatible. second, msi and i-tech are different companies. i don't know why i-tech can bundle msi blueplayer in their products. maybe i-tech pays licensing fee or maybe they use msi made component. for now, my i-tech r35 only plays 30sec of true stereo music and stop. u can get the msi fs310 to work
