Thanks very much. You have succeeded in helping where Vodafone UK, SE & BB all failed - I've been trying to get these files for two days Smile

All I need know is my BB enabled SIM

Do you have any popup blockers? Check your browser settings. It doesn't appear to allow you to load the page properly. The only thing I can do is to make sure the server is still running. If it is, then I would attempt to download it from a different browser, clear your cache, etc..

BigFeat. I'm wondering if you had to call T-mobile to tell them to add your pin to their "pin pool". The last time I tried to do this they told me that my handset was not supported and that they can not help me out. funny cause I use to be able to register any handset on BB connect for T-mobile USA, but not recently.

Can you please help me out on how to get T-mobile to help me to connect my device? Thanks

I would first suggest that you hit the Register button on the handset for BIS. That may all it needs to be able to register a new pin.

If the online service still returns a verification error you then call T-MO and ask to speak to a tier 2 for PDA and not Blackberry Support reps. Keep in mind that this will be a specialized case. Alert the T-MO rep that you already have an existing pin and that you want to change it and that the Pin you have in there already was also for a non-supported handset. Have them conference you with RIM to associate your PIN to T-MO's authorized PIN pool.

The T-MO PDA tier 2 rep may already be clever enough to know exactly why you are having registration issues. If they don't then tell them that all the RIM rep needs to do is add your PIN and that you are willing to take full responsibility for the technical handling of the BB connect software and your handset.

Thanks...I just got off the phone with T-mobile and RIM......same story they gave me. No blackberry support for these devices on T-mobile and I said I would take full responsibility, they said no dice cause it's not in the contract. ARGHHHHH.........BIS use to work famously with T-mobile USA on none supported devices. That's why I switched from Cingular. Now my brother who's on cingular can register his devices and I can't......frustrating.

Sounds like you just need to speak to another representative. It's all descretionary. A rep will help you if they really want to, at least if they care to keep you as a paying customer.

You can PM me and I can give you RIMs direct number and a TMO rep ID to reference. However, I can't find the piece of paper I wrote that rep ID on, but I'll look.

It might be an issue on your side m8. Make sure to you IE when you're downloading and be lax on the security settings. I do see activity on the server for the past few days so your issue appears to be an isolated incident.
