I would like to share a VERY GOOD news with you.

My-Maemo.com, as the only Maemo site I am aware of (besides the 'official' Maemo.org of course) has just received an update of its Google PR rank from zero to FOUR.

http://pr.prchecker.info/getpr.php?codex=aHR0cDovL215LW1hZW1vLmNvbQ==& tag=2

This is really a GREAT news, and finally a chance that maybe things turn to better. Such a better Google PR may finally attract some advertisers, improve Google AdSense CPM, i.e. finally make it possible to cover the running costs.

Please, let's KEEP IT THIS WAY! If you use this site and value it, please continue to support it. Please sometimes post a link to this site (e.g. to its software catalog) on other Maemo sites or forums you use. If you have a twitter account, please follow our tweets and retweet them when they're worth it. THAT LITTLE is needed to keep the site alive and help it further expand -- for you!

On my side, I promise to keep working hard to bring you a helpful and valuable content.

One thing I forgot to mention is that while Google PR 4 shows that the number of visitors and traffic is really huge (at least in Maemo terms), the dead Maemo forum is like if it was a different site. But that's what I mentioned many times: a lot of people browse, but hardly anyone wants to talk.

And the same applies to My-Symbian: Google PR 5 (was 7 until 2007 and then 6) and almost dead forums, too.

Let's change it!
