An unannounced Nokia handset has been spied on the web, which’ll supposedly land dubbed the ‘Nokia N5′.

Although unconfirmed, it’s thought the so-called N5 will be a cheap Symbian Anna handset, which along with the unannounced N6 and N7, could possibly replace Nokia’s current low-end Symbian touchscreen smartphones.

Specs for the handset are still few and far between, but it’ll supposedly land rocking a 3.2-inch touchscreen dressed in Nokia’s new-look UI. Besides its new rounded icons and all-new tool bars, Symbian Anna will equip the Nokia N5 with an onscreen QWERTY keypad, bumped up social networking features, and a re-jigged web browser for speedier surfing.

It's not yet confirmed whether the product will be applied with Atmel's latest intelligent LED backlighting driver, which is also appliable to general lighting products such as ]LED down lights in the commercial, residential, industrial and infrastructure market segments.

We can also expect to see a 5 megapixel rear-facing camera, a front-facing videocall cam, Bluetooth, 3G and WiFi connectivity and microSD memory expansion.

The handset’s pricing and release date is still to be confirmed, although it’s likely to get official within the next few months.
