Techcrunch reports that Jolla Bags $12.4M Series B From Europe And Asia For Its Sailfish Mobile OS http://tcrn.ch/1AkIy9H

Total raised in funding is now €34 million ($42 million). Small compaired to the budgets of other parties who have tried to do the same wit 5 times bigger budgets.

Now looking to raise a series C to scale up and expand. Focussing on licensing partnerships. Do not want to be a device company.

And this excludes the recent crowdfunding effort. Well, they are still full steam ahead! And investors are still seeing potential apparently.
