Fake email warning
Some spammers are sending email messages pretending to be an antivirus warning from My-Symbian.com. Please be aware that My-Symbian does NOT send any antivirus warnings. These messages do not come from us but from an unknown Russian server. If you happen to receive a message signed "my-symbian.com" mentioning a virus or a trojan and containing a link to a file, please ignore or delete it. Please do not email us about this problem; we are aware of it but unfortunately there is little we can do as everybody can send email and sign it with any name and there is no way for us to stop it. Let's just hope that it's only a spammer and not one of our competitors trying to discredit this website using such disgusting methods, as it already happened once or twice in the past.

[New] EasyCrypt for Series 80 Communicators
EasyCrypt by Arjen Broeze allows you to encrypt your sensitive files. The thing that makes EasyCrypt different from other utilities is that it allows you to use the internal RAM disk on the Communicator for decrypting the files. This ensures that when you launch an encrypted file and your Communicator reboots, no unencrypted copies remain behind since the RAM disk is wiped clean on every reboot automatically.
