Nokia 3230 - First impressions

Based on Symbian OS v7.0s and Series 60 v2.1, the 3230 offers a large color screen with 65,536 colors and an in-built 1.3 megapixel camera sensor with 1.23 megapixel effective resolution. With mobile video recording (up to 1 hour) and editing, users can create unique and entertaining content and easily share it with others via Bluetooth wireless technology or Multimedia Messaging (MMS). Edit your raw video clips into slick, customized "muvees" complete with soundtrack, using the pre-installed Movie Director software; then share your masterpieces with your friends. Pictures can be printed to a compatible printer or a printer kiosk via Bluetooth wireless technology and can be uploaded to a virtual album on the web and shared online with family and friends or ordered as prints. You can also create your own ringing tones and play multiplayer games over Bluetooth connection, and browse HTML and XHTML Web pages.

The 3230 is a tri-band phone for GSM/GPRS/EDGE 900/1800/1900 MHz networks. EGPRS multislot class 5 connection provides up to 118,4 kbps data transfer speed. Storage memory can be expanded with Reduced Size RS MMC cards. Nokia 3230 offers Push to Talk over cellular network via dedicated key. The 3230 weighs 110 g. The dimensions are 109 mm x 49 mm x 19 mm, 90 cc.
